Copy Cottage

SHE'S (cami) BACk !! thank god she is giving like she was before she left (you know what i mean) She sure has been very hospitable when she closes its nice because we get to take our time and she savors every moment. Thanks Copy Cottage for bringing her back. I plan on visiting her as much as possible something about being at work gets her turned on!

I went into Copy Cottage since they moved to the new strip mall off of Village Boulevard and was pleasantly surprised. It was nothing like the previous posts. I guess they have a new staff that knows more about printing because they were able to print my files from a flash drive and were super friendly and fast!

I use Copy Cottage for mail service rather than driving into Tooele. The one and only copy I ever had made there was blurry and cut off, and Cami still tried to charge me for it. I stumbled onto these reviews by accident, when looking for their hours of business. I have to agree that Cami is the worst. She is never pleasant and acts like it is a huge favor to wait on you. I once had a very expensive package left there for me by the post office which they lost. She had ZERO interest in helping me find it. Her exact response was "I dont know what to tell you", and that was the end of it as far as she was concerned. As it turned out, she had REMAILED it one hour after accepting delivery from the Post Office. I came to pick it up within that hour and she wouldnt look, just kept saying "Its not here, come back tomorrow". My mail carrier is the one who figured out what happened, even though it was their error. If you have a problem, ask for the owner. He is very responsive and helpful.
