Cooper Green Hospital

My sister passed away last week and while I was in town for the funeral I had a message from Cooper Green outpatient pharmacy stating a discover card was left. I have called 3 times today and left on hold for over 15 minutes. I finally got a girl who said she would check it out and call me back. I still have not heard a word. The card should be listed as Gladys Cruise or Judy Greene. My mom is Gladys Cruise and 84 years old with dementia. Could someone please get back with me on this.
