We purchased a hig- end frying pan recently and it had a small flaw.
Louis immediately got on the phone and ordered a replacement.

He is not only very friendly and helpful but very knowledgeable
about his kitchen utensils.

We have been going there for many years and highly
recommend them.

They are very helpful and well stocked. Some of the prices are competitive, some not. But you pay for service and convenience. E.g., Louis recently was wonderfully helpful to me in selecting a mandolin. Not unusual either.
