Poor Customer Service and Follow up
I have been trying to find out about my order with this company for 2 weeks. No response to email, no call back from voice message left with receptionist and now a promise of a call back in 10 minutes a half hour ago. This company does not have good follow up, their customer service is poor and promised lead time is like the pirate rules in Pirates of the Carribean, "more of a guideline really"
