Concord Cleaners

This cleaners is very unprofessional and will not recieve my business again. Enough said!!!!!

After 13 years, they ruined two shirts with the same type of damage - small white specks caused by either bleach or a caustic liquid. It was the first washing for one of the shirts, too. The 2nd was an older shirt about 6-8 weeks later. The cleaners insist they use nothing that could have cause the damage and refused to pay for the shirts. It's really nice to know that after 13 years, they just tell a customer to kiss off. That is what I call Customer serv-us - the attitude that it is us against the customer. I'll use a competing cleaners and will cost them between $300 - $500 in business plus everyone that I can influence in the next few years.
