DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are far removed from the products they represent and offer little to no technological assistance for their medical management programs. After convincing us to upgrade to a newer version of Medisoft we lost reports that were vital to our non-profit. When we inquired about the missing reports we were told to "wait patiently" for a Medisoft developer to get back to us. That was months ago. Now, with annual audits around the corner we are unable to produce the numbers required for our organization's continuity.
