They'll bill for services never rendered- in our case an appointment that was never scheduled and never took place. I know this isn't an isolated case as I've heard from numerous people in my county who've received the same treatment. CMH refuses to rectify the obvious error (benefit of the doubt generously given to CMH) and simply proceeds with their collection efforts leaving the patient (the victim of fraud more accurately) with a costly and time consuming fight.
