Will never go back again!!
A waitress charged my card the wrong amount. I called 8 times and was told a manager would call me back. I never got a call back, despite 8 calls and 1 visit later. After 6 weeks, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Colosseum Ultra Lounge said my refund 'money' would be waiting for me behind the bar, when I went there it was a gift card. Very unprofessional, will never go back again.
