Colorado Taekwondo Institute

I'm currently 18 years old and I've been with the Colorado Taekwondo Institute for almost 9 years. I've been lucky enough to essentially grow up in the program, and it's been extremely beneficial. As I've gotten older, I've really started to appreciate the physical and health benefits (with which there are many) but I would highly recommend CTI to all families, especially those with kids. Instructors and students really stress the importance of things like education, and are constantly helping to developing character focusing on themes like respect, perseverance, integrity, etc. Through Taekwondo, I've built an enormous amount of self-confidence. The Colorado Taekwondo Institute is one big community where you will find both instructors and students dedicated and ready to help you accomplish your goals.

I have been with The Colorado Taekwondo Institute for 8 years. My daughter joined when she was 9, and I joined shortly after to spend time with her and get in better shape. We both have benefited greatly from attending the school. My daughter is very self-confident and being a senior in high school, has had great success in her studies. I believe CTI has a lot to do with her success. I am in the best shape of my life and never get bored with the work-out. I would reccommend this school for anyone. If you are a parent with a young child, the school is great for teaching physical fitness and the importance of education and goal-setting.
