Terrible customer service. Never received my project
Customer service was horrible. Just remembered today that they didn't call me when they said they would, 2 weeks or more ago, about the ceramic project my nephew and me painted for Father's Day. Came back on day I was told that project would be done. They could not find it. Said they were going to call us. Never did. I paid a good $30 for it, not much, but fact that no call was made and project was nowhere to be found (answer I got was, well maybe it's still in the oven we are not sure...), and that Father did not get his present is pretty f*ed up to me. Learn to make call backs.
