Try to find a place that is Joint commission accredited - the "watch dog" of these type of facilities and then watch everything done to your loved one. The squeeqy wheel gets oiled. This place has been cited for 6-12 deficiencies over the last 3 years while the median is 3. It was cited with a level 3 deficiency in its last survey falling in the bottem quintile for the region. Community reputation has been described as poor.
