Coast Closets

I recently contacted Coast Closets and several other companies looking to purchase custom closets for a friend's master walk-in closet. Coast Closets was by far the most responsive and the least expensive. They turned around the designs in a couple of hours and made changes immediately. Once I signed off on the final designs, I had my new closets within a couple of business days and the insttallation went smooth as can be. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Coast Closets of NH just completed the installation of seven custom closet systems for me and my wife in Newburyport, MA. The service I was provided by CC was simply amazing! I emailed in for my free consult and had a return call within minutes. The consult was later that same day and I had all eight designs (I ended up doing seven closets) in my email within 90 minutes of the consult. The designs were so easily viewed with their CAD software. We ened up making a few small changes and my closets were installed in a day and a half, only four days after I ordered. I have NEVER had better customer service from any other company, ever! My emails and phone calls were returned in minutes and one even on a Sunday evening! Our new closets are simply beautiful and we could not be happier. I highy recommend the folks at Coast Closets!

I've recently had two solid hardwood (cherry) and eight melamine closets installed in my new Wellesley, MA home. I contacted four closet companies to bid the job and Mark Avena andhis company Coast Closets blew away the competition. The consult was performed immediately (next day) and I had the designs, viewable as if in a photo, in my inbox later that day. The attention t detail in the designs was impeccable and the pricing was well below my budget for our new closet systems. The melamine closets were installed within one week and the hardwood masters in three weeks. The quality of these closets is as good or better than I have ever seen! I am wll informed as I am an Interior Designer!
