Check References before hiring
To previous person who posted review on clearvue networks. Consider yourself lucky (for now). They provided unsatisfactory work for our office and several other locations for over a year until HCA finally dropped them from servicing all of their medial offices and hospitals. HCA also "investigated" them for questionable billing hrs, hardware installations and unprofessional behavior. the owner Jason had "personal relationships /dating our office manager and other office managers (they didn't know about him doing same thing to each one) in order to get jobs issued to them. clearvue essentially consists of the owner Jason and a couple of techs that didn't have experience with telephone systems so he wasn't able to keep up with our trouble calls and do work in acceptable time, thus overbilling HCA and providing incompetent work. It was a mess and we almost lost our manager. He had all staff and doctors fooled with his charm. You can call and speak w our manager or any of the doctors at NAMFM or HCA excutives if you need more details. Good luck and hope your office manager is not a female.
