Classic Care Cleaning

I made a point to bring my husband's clothes here at 7:30am prior to the 9am "SAME DAY" deadline. My husband needed these clothes at 5pm and had to be at work at 5:30pm. When he got there at 5pm not only were the clothes NOT ready but when he was upset (rightfully so...he now has nothing to wear to work and no time to get something else to wear) they were incredibly rude and actually said "what the F**K do you want me to do about it? They won't be ready until tomorrow"

I decided to take matters into my own hands and call them myself to find out what was going on, and the woman that answered the phone proceeded to cuss me out and say "you need to talk to the boss tomorrow! nothin I can do about it! It was the ladies fault from this morning" and then she hung up on me.

Here is some advice to you, Classic Cleaners: As a customer I do not care which of your employees is at fault - in my eyes I just want to know that you will do everything in your power to get them for me ASAP and that you recognize my right to be upset with you as a BUSINESS not an idividual emplolyee. I have NEVER been spoken to in such a beligerent and ignorant matter.

Advice to people looking for a new dry cleaner: DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! It isn't even just the fact that the clothes weren't ready - mistakes happen all the time - but the fact that we were both treated SO badly by all of their employees.
