Class A Glass

I rarely do this but I felt this business was more than deserving of an EXTREMELY bad review. I am still in shock about the service (or lack thereof) from Steve. I called him back in November for a piece of glass to cover my coffee table that was being delivered soon. He took measurement & sd that it would only take a week if that. I just had a baby the next week so glass was the last thing on my mind but when I realized 3 weeks went by without a call from Steve I called and he said he would be by the next day, no show no call. I called him 2 days later saying that I hadnt heard from him and then the excuses began! One time he was in ME, another time dealing with snow removal, another time he forgot, one time he was grocery shopping. This went on and on for 6 wks!! I finally called back and sd Steve, I have been more than patient and he told me to go to someone else and hung up on me! Is this business a cover up for something fishy? I think so!! PLEASE dont call this guy. He is shady!
