GOT A CERTIFIED LETTER STATING THAT MY THREE KIDS HAS NOT BUILD A RAPORT WITH NEITHER THE STAFF OR THE DOCTORS AND IT WOULD BE BEST IF I FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE FOR MY KIDS.. CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT THE MEANING OF THIS LETTER,, WAS TOLD BY A STAFF THAT I HAD ALOT OF NO SHOWS.. I HAVE TWO JOBS IF I CANT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT I CALL , AND IF IM AVAILABLE I WILL GIVE THE APPROPRIATE AVAILABLE TIME TO SCHEDULE FOR MY BOYS APPOINTMENT.. HOWEVER I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER SHE DIDNT RETURN MY CALL FOR 3 WEEKS. WEEK 2 I RECEIVED ANOTHER LETTER IN THE MAIL STATING THE SAME EXACT INFORMATION AS THE CERTIFIED LETTER . I LEFT 12 MESSAGES ON MARGARET THE OFFICE MANAGER OF THE NANUET OFFICE AND STILL NO CALL BACK.. I ALSO LEFT MESSAGES WITH THE STAFF . NOW IM AT A POINT WHERE I THINK THIS IS A RACIAL ISSUE.. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE MEDIA REGARDING THIS MATTER IF MARGARET FROM THE NANUET OFFICE DO NOT RETURN MY CALLS BY THE END OF THIS WEEK OF 04/14/2015..

P.S. I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT MY INSURANCE IS WELL ESTABLISHED THAN MARGARETS...

i have a 15 month old daughter. she is my first child so i have never had to deal with pediatric offices in the past however i have been a nurse in the county for the past 12 years for family practices. my daughter was treated terribly at her 15 month visit with one of the doctors in the practice. she was actually physically rough with her and and was completely inpatient with her because she was crying. normally you sit in the docs office after your childs check up to go over the findings but i was so upset by the way she was treated that i just left. i called two days later and left a message to please have a doctor call me besides the doctor that my daughter saw to go over the findings from that visit. no one returned my call for 4 days. when i called them the following week they said there was no message from me and took another. about an hour later a secretary called me back and told me to log onto the patient portal to see my daughters results. i was completely taken aback by this. i could not understand why a doc could not spend 3 minutes to go over my daughters results with me. as soon as i tried to explain this to the secretary she hung up on me. i called back numerous times and no one would answer my call. once i blocked my number someone picked up and i asked to speak to the office manager. they sent me straight to her voicemail and i left her a detailed message with my concerns. that was 48 hours ago and still no call back. no wonder the staff acts so poorly look at what example there office manager is sending. i do not recommend this practice to anyone especially a first time mom as they do not show any compassion or understanding that goes along with that. as for me i will be requesting my daughters records tomorrow.
