I am probably the most particular customer there IS; and I am THRILLED with the service from Clarkare! This is an owner-operator business with a top-notch owner who cares about his customers and the service he provides. I was blown away by the fact that, before he even pulled hoses into my home, Tracy walked every room with me; noted certain areas that required extra attention (that even I hadn't noticed!); asked questions about carpet fiber; got info on my area rug cleaning specifications; asked about what furniture he could move and where he should place it; discussed drying time; and more. He and his helper used extreme care with my furnishings; and paid extra attention when pulling hoses up my wood stairs; and they even put down drop cloths on tiled areas. On top of all that, my cream colored carpet is beautifully cleaned now! ClarKare will be THE ONLY company I call when I need a carpet cleaner!

We recently had our bedroom carpet cleaned by Clarkare and they did an excellent job. Our five year old, cream-colored, carpet looked really dingy from our three dogs laying on it and dragging in sand on their paws from outside. It certainly didn't look "cream-colored" anymore! But when Clarkare finished cleaning it it looked brand new again. I was amazed.
