Older blue or dark color dodge caravan crammed with stuff to the roof seems to be either disabled or abandoned at the corner next to a row of cedar bushes almost under the street light.

I know the man had a hose in his possession and may have been checking his own gas level but "I don't think so". I would guess, there will be several cars with low gas levels in this area by morning - it appears the man lives in the van.

Our iPhone was stolen from Ross at Gateway Mall. We had a tracer app that was able to track it to the other side of Eugene. We called the Springfield police who courteously took our report. Because the iPhone ended up in Eugene they told us it had to be handled by the Lane County Sheriff's Dept. Even though, it seemed inconvenient, we were so impressed with the way the 2 departments worked together. They both called us multiple times to update us on progress
