City of Dallas Sanitation Services

So I just get this notice that my garbage and recycle will go from 2 x's/week to 1 x/week.....and now I have to take my garbage to the street instead of pickup in my alley.
Now I'm sure with this cut in service I will see an adjustment in my bill each month don't ya think? ha ha ha
