Citizens Care & Rehabilitation Center is a health care facility that accommodates up to 185 residents in spacious private or semiprivate rooms. The nursing department of Citizens Care & Rehabilitation Center provides care to its residents through the experienced hands of registered and licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, hospitality aides and unit secretaries.
