After 8 years of customer loyaty to my neighborhood Chevron station i am disgusted with the hostilitydirected at me and my autistic son during my recent vist by the cashier.We went in the store to utilized your cash cards and to teach my son and myself the process of how to load the card. We normally pay cash or use our debit card at the pumps. My son and i proceeded to load and ask about how to load the cash card with the cashier. We ask the cashier the increments available and he replied up to $100.We proceeded to swip our debit card no knowing that only cash was accepted. The cashier states in a rude manner and facial expression." You can'nt use a debit card, cash only. You should know this. You could in here all the time." I replied to him that are have never use the cash card and pay at the pumps.I asked him never to lecture or speak to me in that tone and that i was a customer. He replied " You don't lecture me." He looked at me as though he wanted to jump over the counter and...
