No customer service with this Chem-Dry company!
If I could have given less than 1 Star I would have. I made an appointment approximately two weeks ago and because I work Stacy said she would come on Sunday (3/27) between 9 and 11 because she didn't want to lose a customer. Well, 11 came and went and she wasn't there so I called and got voice mail. I told her I would not be rescheduling my appointment. I NEVER got a call from Stacy apologizing or even giving me an excuss of why she never showed. I will not use this Chem Dry again nor will I refer to anyone else.
