Chatham County Superior Court Judges

I would like to know how to actually communicate with a judge. I have filed with small claims court on something that I obviously feel strongly in the right about. The judge involved is Barker.

I am trying to get in formation on how I could get an appointment with Judge Bass one on one. I have had a case with my child custody and one party is not going by what was ordered.
