Not sure what the person who gave a terrible review to the salon is talking about. I have been there several times and was always happy. The front desk girl could be a little more happy but other then that they are professional, always offer me coffee, tea, or other beverages. They have always accepted my credit card, I have always received a scalp message by who ever was doing the shampoo and the products are always top of the line (i know good hair products).
