I was looking for a 2006 mini cooper with under 30,000 miles for about 2 weeks. I knew the options I desired and the amount I wanted to pay. This was a completely internet driven agreement. I new exactly what I was going to pay before I walked into the dealership. I test drove the car and inspected it. The Mini was in mint condition, the staff (particularly Amin) was kind, courteous and professional. The entire exchange took 1 hour. I am a Maryland resident, so I then had to get the car inspected. I went to a Mini Dealer in Maryland even though I expected them to grab me for a few extra $$$. They said the car was in impeccable condition and I just had to pay the $59 for the inspection. I am now waiting for my MD plates. I highly recommend this small, but very professional dealership. You will leave with a very clean and well-running car and a terrific price.

I started looking back online for a certified used vehicle after having two bad go rounds. The first was at Manasas Public Auto. They had false advertising to start off then they didnt want to honor a cheaper price that i found online on their website. The next day I found a Montana online from a private owner and they stood me up when i was going to look at it. Not only were the guys at Certified Auto Center great i got the van I was looking for for $1,000.00 cheaper than i had originally thought. Pac and Vito were absolutely wonderful and I would send as many people as I could to them to buy a vehicle.

It has been many, many years since I bought a used vehicle and I have always had a bad option about "used car lots and used car salesmen"...sorry. I can honestly say that Certified Car Centers changed my mind I spent about 2 months searching for a 2nd car. I spoke to many dealers and individual owners. I narrowed my search and found a car that I was very interested in on Craigs List which was a listing by Certified Car Centers. I called on a Sunday (I did not know they were not open and left a message) and my called was returned that afternoon. I spoke with Amin, who is the Internet Sales Rep for Certified Car Centers in Ballston. I told him which vehicle I was interested in and made an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived, the car was ready for the test drive. I was not happy with the way it drove, so Amin asked if I'd like to try a 2004 that was on the lot. We drove that and neither my husband nor I were happy with the way it drove. Nothing mechanically wrong, we didn't care
