Great stylist and reasonable prices!!!
I am so happy I found Cece's! I used to go to Carlton's to get my hair done and I was never satisfied with the color or highlights. I tried other salons on the west side, but I was also dissatisfied with the color or the way they cut my hair. I went to Cece's because I read the reviews on yelp and I am so happy I did. Bersy colored my hair, gave me some highlights, and a deep conditioning treatment. She is very professional and really nice. She did such a great job. My hair looks and feels great. I have gotten so many compliments and I love the way it feels. Thanks BersyI
