The WORST car dealer in ALL of Kentucky!!!!!!!!!!!

This company completely misrepresents their inventory. I asked the owner about a 1999 Miata. Does this car have any mechanical issues? He said no, it did not have any mechanical issues and drives great. Having been a Miata owner for a long time and having test driven many Miatas, I know when the car has an issue. This car had really loud engine noise, the check engine light was on, it idled high, the radio and the underpanel was completely removed, there was heavy damage to the leather seats, one of the top latches did not lock, the paint was missrepresented (Mr Catching said "only a few minor spots"). There were many areas of the body that were rusting down to the metal (that you could not see in the pic). When I buy a used car, I take it to the mechanic to have it looked at for a small fee. Well about halfway to the mechanic I thought twice about taking it there. It just wasn't worth my money. Instead I called Mr. Catching to ask him point blank about the check engine light to determine if he knew about this before I test drove the car (and drove 1.5hrs to the dealer from knoxville). He said he knew!!!!!!!!!! I said, "Why didn't you tell me about this, I would not have driven 1.5 hours (3hrs total) to the dealer to check out a car with mechanical issues. He stated that "just because the engine light is on doesn't mean that there in an issue." So I stated, well explain to me the engine noise. He stated maybe it needed a hose or something. Well, this surely sounds like a mechanical issue to me that costs money! I confronted Mr. Catching's son (who supposedly drove the car everyday) about that they shouldn't sell a car that badly needs fixing!!! The son stated they sell Miata's all the time. My reply was, "If you sell Miata's all the time you know a Miata isn't supposed to sound like that!!!!!!" In the end they cursed me for being alive and telling me I should go to the dealer if I want a car that doesn't have any mechanical issues. The son tried to intimidate me by walking up close to me and yelling at me to leave the property. The father was nothing more than an instigator, flipping the bird every now and then. I have a witness, and she will be posting what she witnessed as well. Perhaps this is a job for the Better Business Bureau. If you are looking for a car, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL CHEAT YOU AND IF YOU CALL THEM OUT ON IT THEY WILL YELL AND CURSE YOU! The are BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE and CROOKS!!!
