Dont call this castle your home!!
I dont have enough characters to explain it all...but bottom line you can NOT trust this office staff. They'll tell you one thing then say oh, the contract says this and make you pay extra rent when leaving. Ive been a renter for a long time and have never left feeling so scammed. Their move out fees are insane- I was commended on how clean I left the unit yet was charged 60% of my deposit on absurd things.
