The day after the delivery we received a receipt of purchase that was $75 more than what we signed off on. We were not informed that they delivery would be $75. We never thought a few sticks of quarter round and baseboards would be so expensive! When our second order arrived, the bill that was given to us by the owner did not reflect the original amount stated to us. They went ahead and ran our credit card with the higher amount even though we signed off on the lower amount. My husband called to inquire about the higher charged amount and the owner screamed at him saying it was such a small amount and she didn't have time to worry about it. My husband proceeded to tell her that it was not our fault that the bill was incorrect, but an error on her teams’ part. She never took responsibility and told us to never shop there again. What great customer service!
