Doctors Great... but front office staff has repeatedly fallen short
Doctors for the most part are very knowledgeable and helpful. the front office staff is obtuse, ambivalent, couldn't care less about the patient, don't care if patients questions are answered or not, and are impatient and not willing to listen when there are complaints are registered.
