MANSFIELD CAR CARE CENTER...SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MANSFIELD CAR CARE CENTER!!!!! ​​I​ had been a c​​ustomer of Mansfield Car Care Center​,​ BUT NEVER AGAIN! It seems they only care about their account with the police department. They quoted me $940 plus+ for replacement of a fuel pump for my 2003 Ford F150 with 75K miles. They would not give me a printed estimate, just said that is the price!,Charged me $75 just for a diagnosis? A fuel pump retail price new is $99 , used is $25. I had my truck towed FROM Mansfield Car Care Center and had the fuel pump replaced at another shop. Rude service and running a scam on the general public. !!!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MANSFIELD CAR CARE CENTER!!!!!BTW, Lynn Hampton is a self centered JERK!!!!!!!!!!

Refued to help me get the parts I need. Told me my car will be towed in 2 days if I leave it in their lot, city ordinence. Instead of them doing their jobs and calling up junkyards, I took a day off of work to go from junkyard to junkyard to get the parts that I needed for the car (a 91 cougar). I had to order another part, one that Ford still makes. They could have easily done this themselves, but instead they send me out to do it AND they refused to put the car into their repair yard/garage to keep me from getting towed. They pretty much just gave off a "I dont care" attitude, and expressed no interest in helping me. It would seem that they did this because they would not have made much money from me. They were complete jerks and unprofessional in their tone and manner and I will gladly tell everyone I can to stay away from them.
