Since I bought the car there has been no customer service\t\nWe have left many messages and have received no phone calls returned\t\nI inquired about a gas card that was advertised on a mailing we received\t\nI was confirmed this information\t\nWe were told it would be mailed in a week we still haven;t received it\t\nWhen I called the 5th time finally got to talk to the salesman who\t\ntold us that the card would be mailed in a week\t\nERIC ELLIOT he said he would check on this and call back again\t\nnow it has been three days no call returned\t\nI was not informed that the contract was accepted or not within 4 business days by state law (Funny I was told the contract was a done deal)\t\nWe could not take an important business trip due to the tabs being told\t\nthat we would receive them in the mail not true either

horrable experience drove 20 miles to see a guy who worked there. over the phone he said that we have 3 or 4 trucks under $4,000. i was so exited so i drove out there with a appointment set up with the guy to show me the cars.\t\n\t\nfirst off: he couldn't help me because he was helping a other customer that didn't have an appointment.\t\n\t\nsecond off: they didn't have one truck under $4,000. there cheapest truck was $13,000 and thats a crappy thing to do to a first time 16 year old car buyer. i was all exited and thought i was going to get a truck that day.\t\n\t\nthird off: a unprofessional salesmen that didn't know anything about trucks was already trying to talk me into financing a truck that was $13,000. even when i told him i couldn't spend over $4,000.\t\n\t\nif i had the option to give it 0 stars i would\t\n\t\nDO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\t\n\t\ni ended up getting a truck at sns auto sales that has been a gem. go to sns not bill peirre there totally unprofessional.\t\n\t\nsince the guy who i set up a \t\n
