Bayside Chevrolet Buick

I bought a 2007 Buick Rendezvous new from Bayside. I have had nothing but problems from this car between the battery light coming on to the cluster dying to the gas gauge not calibrated. After bringing it to thier dealership several times I gave up and brought it elsewhere. Finally the car is now having problems starting. I spoke to the owner Jeff Wannamaker and he at first acted like he would get me into a more reliable vehicle. I of course have negative equity and he basically could do nothing unless I put several thousand down. I told him I would not and he should back up what the product he sells. He proceded to tell my husband it's not his problem as he does not make the car. I realize that, but business ownership 101 is you back up the product you sell. We are now dealing with a Ford dealership to try and get out of the lemon I was sold. The service people are incompetent and the owner could care less. No wonder it was always empty when I came to drop off my mess.

If I could pick -Stars I would. I bought a Chevy Colorado from them and had alighnment problems within 15,000 miles that caused all four tires to wear out from the inside out. When I brought the truck back to them and asked for the repair to made under warranty they said NO!!! And were very rude about it. The service manager wouldn't even take 5 minutes to look at it to tell me whether the tires were still safe to drive on. Instead I ended up spending over 700 dollars for new tires and an alighnment on a brand new truck. Never ever ever again.
