Barrington Pools Incorporated

We hired Barrignton Pools because their are local and since we live in Barrignton we decide to hire them. HUGE mistake, the customer service is terrible, they are rude and very unprofessional. They made us pay the balance before the finished the pool prior to completion. We had to pay them first as they threaten to not complete the pool and leave us in a mess. It has been almost a year since the pool has been completed and the limestone they they installed has cracked, the inside plaster/cement is bring also crack, we paid EXTRA for sparkles or what they call shimmer and out of a 25X50 pool no one that comes over come even see it, but when I complained they told me it will come out the more I scrub it with a wire brush. Not what the sample looked like, they cheat on everthing possible. They never provide the correct ladder, the pool water backs in to the spa, and the pool lights are extremely hot, we has a terrible experience with Barrignton Pools, save yourself the headaches, DONT USE

Barrington Pools equals BAD NEWS, I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone, the WORST experience with a contractor ever. They promise one thing and do another, complete bait & switch, they cut-corners and pocket your money like crazy. They are evil money hungry pigs, they give me the wrong pool color, I paid extra for what they called shine/shimmer and I did get it. They asked for the money up front, before they even finished the job. They are all very rude and have poor business practices, very unethical and imposable to deal with, they think that their GOD. The owner, Dale also push is religions beliefs on you and he doesn't stop. But that is not the worst part, it is just that they will "Rob you Blind" charging you for things you do not need, and then if you don't pay they tell you that they will walk off the jobsite and leave you with a mess, and place a lien on your home. STAY FAR AWAY FROM BARRINGTON POOLS COMPANY, you will find yourself in court with them & headaches

From start to finish we've had nothing but problems. From qulity of work to price increses it has been a nightmare. We had to call in another comnpany to finish the job correctly. STAY AWAY FROM BARINGTON POOLS IN IL
