The Shoe does not fit
The person I was dealing with first brought out the wrong size shoes for me to try on. (9 instead of 71/5) After bringing out the right sized shoe, and finally finding a perfect fit, I bought 71/5 and when I got home opened the box to find a size 7. Not sure how that works, but this experience was sub par.
