I could write a book on how wonderful this place is. I took my beloved pup there for over 2 years. They were like family... I cannot express how dedicated and wonderful the ENTIRE staff is. This is a top notch facility, they have 2 underwater tread-mills for conditioning and strengthening, and an accupuncturist! They also perform laser treatments and E-stim as well. Location is very easy, and handicapped parking literally a few feet to the front door. Dr Shaw does an excellent job explaining everything, SHE SPENDS TIME WITH YOU, answers all your ?'s. this is not a typical doctors office where we humans go to where you wait for 45min, and see the doc for 5 min! I call Dr. Shaw "medicine woman", because i have literally seen my dog get off the table and walk out of there when he couldn't even get into my car! Laura a long time tech is thorough, fantastice bedside manner w the animals, and kept me laughing! Lisa, the receptionist, always gave service w a smile, did her best to squeezed me in on those unexpected times when we couldn't wait unitl our next appointment. She always was genuinely concerned about my "pup" as well as me, AND she makes a mean cup of coffee! Dr. Becky, (accupuncturist) was equally amazing, very nurtuting bedside manner w Maxx, talked sweetly to him and lots of ear scratchin's during treaments. Alicia another long time tech, has excellent bedside manner, very nurturing and sweet. All in all, the entire staff has been wonderful. When it came time to put my ole buddy down, they asked if i could bring him in to say good bye, and dr shaw even offered to come to my home and and put him down, BEFORE her work day started mind you.....if you are second guessing, DON'T!!....
