All Day Auto Transport

I was in the market to have a car transported from LA to NY and a friend of mine recommended All Day Auto. I spoke with John R. who walked me through the process and found me a driver to handle the transport.
John then connected me to the driver directly and we then communicated throughout the transit period. The car arrived as expected and I was very satisfied with their transparency and professionalism. Soon after, I bought another car that I needed to transport in an enclosed carrier from AZ to NY. Similarly to my first experience they did not disappoint!! Would use them again but I don't think i'm allowed to buy any more cars soon :)

HORRIBLE! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have been trying to get reimbursed on a cancellation since April. I have all the back up to prove I cancelled in the amount of time, have called and discussed with Daniel the manager, he approved it and said he was sending a check (in August!) and now when I call, the company won't take my calls since they have caller ID. Daniel, the manager, and everyone there places me on hold and won't come back on the line. It's ridiculous. I complained to the BBB and now All Day is claiming that there are no refunds. Hello All Day - I have the proof you were in the wrong. We went through this two months ago and now their stance is 'let's ignore the customer' instead of dealing with the issue.

I had All Day Auto Transport bring my car from AZ to Wisconsin and they delivered right on time.

What made a huge difference for me was two things:
1. Their customer service is amazing. In 3 calls, I had everything set up and they sent me emails keeping me apprised of where my car was at in the process.
2. The prices are good here and they meet their competitors price and saved me a bundle.
