Terrible customer service! Installed new air conditioner in May 2012. Tim Federico is really nice when he gives the quote, but once he has your money he really doesn't seem to care if you are satisfied. He tells you he's coming, then no call/ no show- and is totally unapologetic. Our system didn�t work right from day one. He convinced us we had to buy a new thermostat and attic fan, which we did� more money and the system still didn�t work. If you ask too many questions, he gets angry and mean. He just tries to confuse you talking about high pressure this, low pressure that- a million reasons why the problems are your fault- not his. The text messages I got from him made me not want to be alone when he was here- that�s when we were done with him.
