This place of business is a joke. I Have used them before and things were great but this last time I used them on 12-3-10 for my daughters laptop, it was a nightmare... The owner Matt is not a business man at all and does not know how to handle customers at all, he hung up on my husband 2 times and then lied to him and lost his temper over the phone. We took our daughters computer in for repair and when we picked it up it was doing the same thing, it cost u $80 for nothing and he would not give a refund or fix it properly. His employee Chris or Jeff yea he has two names just lied completely to us. I would not ever take any computer back to this place again please check them out first. I am going through my bank to get my money back.
