soo bad
I should've taken it as an omen when the road into Ramona was closed down because of a brush fire the day I went to pick up a 23" wildwood TT rental.We drove up to Mammoth and Yosemite with this trailer and while it was in decent condition, there were some major inconveniences with it and customer service was bad!

OUTSTANDING TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Over the years I have had allot of work performed by these folks on my Tahoe Travel Trailer. My first encounter was with Jeff Warren. Jeff is the lead supervirory technician and oversees all work performed by his crew. If ever I had any technical questions about something with my trailer, Jeff could usually answer it or in one case I recall

I noticed this review was on a few other sights and I also noticed this person uses a different name each time. Since this person doesn't use the same name each time I am under the impression they are trying to hide something. This kind of makes me think this reviewer might not be telling the whole truth.
