I was very happy and impressed with the level of customer service I received. When I called, it initially went to voicemail and I was discouraged. But, when I got a phone call back, I was treated like I was special. The lady I spoke to took time to tell me about their company, about the service, and gave me a REAL estimate over the phone....not just a low price to get them into my front door. I was happily surprised at how clean the service man was and how well he treated my little one who insisted on "helping."
