Alexis Limousine

The limo was one hour late for the scheduled pickup and the company’s only method to address this was to offer to not charge for the hour they were late. I rented the Lincoln Navigator limousine that seats 14 for my son’s prom. At 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time, 5:00 PM, the driver called to state that he thought he was to pick our prom goers the next day, Sunday, at 8:00 PM. Furthermore, he stated he was in Pismo Beach and would be at least an hour late. Although Alexis Limousines apologized for transporting 14 students to the first activity of their prom an hour late, Alexis’ only other method of compensation was to offer to not charge for the hour that they were late. They were even “put out” when I refused to pay the $240 “pre charged” tip as I felt it was not deserved since the drive was an hour late. The driver was nice when he did arrive, however, I will not use this limo company again.
