Poor service/responsiveness
I ordered a coffee table top replacement but when I called to follow up on the order so I could pick it up I reached voicemail. After numerous attempts to contact someone and several messages left, I still received no call back. Luckily I didn't pre-pay and can go elsewhere, but I would be wary of ever doing business with them in the future.

Beautiful Frameless Shower Doors
Did a big heavy frameless shower door for us and it is wonderful. Friendly staff and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Very reasonable pricing. Had shopped around and they also had the best price.
