Awesome Property Managers!!!!
I had a hard time with property managers in the valley. Shar Larson at Alaska Diversified is a great manager. She was professional, caring and understanding when I had a late rent issue. Every time I called about a maintenance issue, she took care of it right away. I recommend her to anyone looking for a rental!

Great Property Management!
I have several homes that AK Diversified took over for management. They had problem tenants and were not making money. Now my rentals have great tenants and are all making money - all in less then 8 months! Thanks AK Diversified!
