Alan Hills Carpet

I am Karla Hills. The person who left the comment using the name "Jeff" is not Jeff. On the last blog his name was "Brian." This person is slandering my business. I have begun legal avenues against him for Slander and Defamation of Character. My guess is Mr. Brian-Jeff never heard that IP Addresses are traceable. Mr. Jeff-Brian has never been in my store nor purchased from me.

I do not know why the other reviewer would have something negative to say about Alan Hills Carpets. However, I was extremely happy with my experience there. Alan gave me a price that was nearly half of the other other competitors. He also stands by his work, although, he rarely has to due to the fact that he does the job right the first time. One of the reasons I chose Alan was because i saw the difference in quality between Alan and his competitors. I walked into a job that one of his competitors did and the flooring looked awful. In addition the janitors were having to fix the work. I feel like that should have been done by the company which sold the flooring. Rarely does someone get to have the best work for the lowest price and Alan gave me both. I was an extremely happy customer!

I would not suggest this scam artist to anyone. This business will try and make you think your getting a decent quality carpet, when in reality what your buying is junk.


I have very strong feelings against buying from there ever again. Do not shop there.
