Caring, patient staff.

I have to agree with the last reviewer.. A great experience all around. The doctor always answers all of our questions. The nursing staff and front desk are prompt and knowledgable. The doctor does seem busy but only because everyone wants to see him!

Whole Heartedly agree with previous reviewer

I used them as my primary care physicians for over 3 years and at first it was great, Dr. Earp is an excellent physician. Appointments were same day and the staff was very well trained and courteous. As time went by, the appointments were no longer same day but next day, the staff was a little inept and seemed lost. Now, appointments are 5-6 days after you contact them and the staff is totally inept and downright rude. I understand doctors need to make money like everyone else, but you are way overbooked and understaffed. Dr. Dean Earp if you are reading this, consider leaving that practice and joining somewhere else or creating your own. I truly believe that enough patients will follow you anywhere you go. But please limit you practice to a certain number of patience you can attend to within a day. Thank you.
