Be cautious, they charged my wife $92.00 to go 7.2 miles. Yes there was a snow storm going on and the roads were bad but 3 times their posted rates on the website? Come on!

Shockingly poor service
If I could give 0 stars for this taxi service, that would be more appropriate than 1 star. We made a reservation for my boss - the CEO of a company - to be picked up at CAK and driven to a meeting. When he arrived there was no one there to pick him up and when he called Akron Canton Taxi he was told there were "no cars available." Isn't that why you make a reservation? To RESERVE a car?? Our boss missed the meeting and our business has been negatively impacted as a result. DO NOT BOOK WITH AKRON CANTON TAXI - not a serious business.
