I really liked having her as my agent until I got into an accident.
She told me that my deductible was $250 and when auto body shop called me to pick up car they said that my deductible was $1000. I told her that I wasn't prepared to pay such an amount and she said that she would take care of it and try to get my rental car extended and if it couldn't be extended that the difference would come from their end. I then received a call from her saying that the extension was denied and she was not able to pay the difference because she was getting married in 14 days and it was against policy for her to pay for it out of her own pocket. I never expected her to go against policy and pay for it out of pocket. I assumed that since she was the once that made the mistake that somehow she would find a way to solve the problem. She didn't keep her word on more than one occasion and I am very disappointed with her false promises.
