The customer service was very unacceptable! My husband called and made an appointment, the guy was rude to begin with. Then, they gave us a 2hour time frame for our appointment day, which is fine. The repair never showed, so we called after the time had passed. They claimed he was on his way and to wait for a call from him. Waited 2 more hours, my husband called again, they hung up on him. He thought it was a mistake, so he called back, the guy hung up again. So my husband called from his cell phone and they answered, but then realized it was my husband, and told him in a profane way, to stop calling. The service repair man still never showed. I would not reccomend this service to anyone, ever!
