Adopt A Part

This place was a life saver for me!! I had a diagnostic done (at a Toyota Dealer) on my 2001 Prius and was given an estimate for nearly $5000 to replace the main hybrid battery. I had lost hope for my little car and was about to give up on it. I did a little research and posted a "HELP" add on Craigslists and within 24 hrs had a message from Eric at "Adopt a Part" with options that actually made sense! I also had messages from other people sending me his info. They towed my car to their location and had the new battery installed by the end of the day. (for about one fifth the cost of my original estimate to replace it.) Eric was amazing with his customer service and was very accommodating. When we got there to pick up our car he explained the process and told us how he had used the battery for a week to make sure it was running to his standards. About 2 days after we picked up the Prius my Check Engine light came on and I called him, he said to bring it right away and he would check in
